GLOW
Recovery · Recovery, Longevity
GLOW is a fixed-ratio repair blend of GHK-Cu 50 mg, BPC-157 10 mg and TB-500 10 mg (70 mg total) in a single lyophilized vial. Reconstituted and injected subcutaneously, each dose delivers all three peptides in a set 5:1:1 ratio. It is marketed for skin, hair and soft-tissue repair.

Overview
GLOW is a fixed-ratio research blend supplied as one lyophilized vial containing GHK-Cu 50 mg, BPC-157 10 mg and TB-500 10 mg, for 70 mg of total peptide. It is reconstituted with bacteriostatic water and injected subcutaneously, and because the powder is pre-proportioned every dose delivers all three peptides in the same fixed 5:1:1 ratio. The blend is positioned around skin, hair and soft-tissue repair.
Evidence Quality
No controlled human trial has evaluated these three peptides together as a blend, so the grade reflects the individual components rather than the mixture. Among them GHK-Cu has the most human-relevant data, mostly from topical dermatology and wound research, while BPC-157 and TB-500 rest largely on animal and cell studies. Any synergy between them is a reasonable hypothesis, not a demonstrated result.
What the Research Shows
The design assumes each peptide covers a different stage of repair. GHK-Cu is studied for collagen and elastin remodeling and skin appearance (see the GHK-Cu page). BPC-157 is investigated in animals for angiogenesis and for gut, tendon and ligament healing (see the BPC-157 page), and TB-500, a fragment related to thymosin beta-4, is studied for cell migration and wound closure (see the TB-500 page). Injected human outcome data for all three remain limited.
Dosage Notes
Doses are expressed as total-blend milligrams, and every microgram of the fixed 5:1:1 ratio moves together. A common approach reconstitutes the 70 mg vial with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water to give 35 mg/mL; a 10-unit (0.1 mL) draw then delivers 3.5 mg of total blend, or roughly 2.5 mg GHK-Cu, 0.5 mg BPC-157 and 0.5 mg TB-500. Reported routines run about 5 to 20 units once daily, often five days on and two days off, in cycles of 4 to 8 weeks.
Who Should Be Cautious
Because GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 all influence blood-vessel growth, sources routinely advise anyone with active or prior cancer to avoid the blend. The large GHK-Cu share also raises the theoretical issue of copper load, so extended uninterrupted use is discouraged. It has not been studied in pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Availability
GLOW is sold only as a research compound. It is not approved by the FDA, is not a licensed medicine, and blends like this are typically labeled not for human consumption. Product identity, sterility and actual peptide content vary between suppliers.
Bottom Line
GLOW packages three popular repair peptides in a convenient fixed ratio, but the evidence sits with the separate components, and mostly in animals for two of the three. It is best understood as an experimental repair stack rather than a proven therapy, and the individual GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 pages give the fuller picture.
Reported effects
- Skin quality: The GHK-Cu component is studied for firmness and collagen/elastin remodeling.
- Tissue repair: Accelerates soft-tissue, tendon and wound repair via the BPC-157 and TB-500 components.
- Angiogenesis: Promotes new blood-vessel growth and may support hair follicles.
Reported side effects
- Injection-site reactions: Redness, swelling or irritation at the injection site.
- Transient fatigue: Mild tiredness during early loading, attributed to the TB-500 component.
- Metallic taste or headache: Occasionally reported, attributed to the GHK-Cu/copper content.
