KLOW
Recovery · Recovery, Immunity
KLOW is GLOW plus KPV: a fixed-ratio blend of GHK-Cu 50 mg, KPV 10 mg, BPC-157 10 mg and TB-500 10 mg (80 mg total) in a single lyophilized vial. Injected subcutaneously, each dose delivers all four peptides in a set 5:1:1:1 ratio. The added KPV targets extra anti-inflammatory and gut-directed action.

Overview
KLOW is a fixed-ratio research blend that adds KPV to the GLOW formula, supplied as one lyophilized vial with GHK-Cu 50 mg, KPV 10 mg, BPC-157 10 mg and TB-500 10 mg, for 80 mg of total peptide. It is reconstituted with bacteriostatic water and injected subcutaneously, and each dose delivers all four peptides in the same fixed 5:1:1:1 ratio. The extra KPV is included for additional anti-inflammatory and gut-directed action.
Evidence Quality
No clinical trial has tested the four-peptide KLOW combination, so the grade reflects the components. GHK-Cu carries the most human-relevant evidence; BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV are supported mainly by animal and cell work, with KPV studied largely in models of intestinal inflammation. The combination remains a reasonable hypothesis rather than a validated protocol.
What the Research Shows
KLOW is built on the same repair logic as GLOW with an added anti-inflammatory arm. GHK-Cu is associated with collagen remodeling and skin quality (see the GHK-Cu page), BPC-157 with angiogenesis and gut and tendon healing in animals (see the BPC-157 page), and TB-500 with cell migration and wound closure (see the TB-500 page). KPV, a fragment of alpha-MSH, is studied for damping inflammatory signaling in the gut and elsewhere (see the KPV page), which is the main reason it is layered onto the GLOW base.
Dosage Notes
Doses are expressed as total-blend milligrams and the fixed 5:1:1:1 ratio cannot be adjusted per component. A clean approach reconstitutes the 80 mg vial with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water to give 40 mg/mL; a 10-unit (0.1 mL) draw then delivers 4.0 mg of total blend, or about 2.5 mg GHK-Cu, 0.5 mg KPV, 0.5 mg BPC-157 and 0.5 mg TB-500. Reported routines run roughly 5 to 20 units once daily in 4 to 8 week cycles.
Who Should Be Cautious
As with GLOW, the angiogenic activity of several components means active or prior cancer is a common reason to avoid it. The high GHK-Cu content again raises a copper-load consideration that argues against continuous long-term use. It has not been tested in pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Availability
KLOW is a research-only compound, not FDA-approved and not a licensed medicine, and is generally labeled not for human consumption. Composition and purity depend entirely on the supplier.
Bottom Line
KLOW is essentially GLOW plus KPV, aimed at people who also want an anti-inflammatory and gut angle. The supporting data still lives in the individual peptides rather than the blend, so the GHK-Cu, KPV, BPC-157 and TB-500 pages are the better place to judge each part.
Reported effects
- Broad tissue repair: Combines skin, tendon and wound-repair signals with added anti-inflammatory action from KPV.
- Skin support: The GHK-Cu component supports collagen and connective-tissue quality.
- Gut and inflammation: KPV adds gut-lining support and modulation of inflammatory signaling.
Reported side effects
- Injection-site reactions: Redness, swelling or sensitivity at the site.
- Early fatigue or digestive changes: Mild and usually transient during loading.
- Metallic taste or headache: Copper-load caution from the GHK-Cu component.
